This one was painted from a photo inspired from a hike at Ptarmigan Ridge in Kananaskis, AB. Canada. It was a glorious hike, done with my husband and granddaughter during the fall 2020. I absolutely loved the day together! I did a plein air that day and so did my then 12 year old granddaughter. It was a moderate hike yet still enabled us to see the golden larch shining forth their colours.
